The Anchored Bloom Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to receive your order! Please review our shipping information below for details about order processing, delivery, and tracking.

Order Processing

Many of our products are made-to-order. Processing times may vary depending on the product and time of year.

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 7 business days. Some specialty items, including mugs, bags, and other accessories, may require additional processing time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the available shipping method.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for your order. We do not currently offer free shipping unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times vary based on the product, shipping method, and destination.

Most apparel orders are typically delivered within 2 to 8 business days after shipment.

Some products, including mugs, bags, and specialty items, may have longer delivery timelines. Estimated delivery information may vary by product and is provided when available.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products may be fulfilled by different production partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

You will receive tracking information as each package ships. There is no additional shipping charge if your order arrives in multiple shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@theanchoredbloom.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order enters production or ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

Missing or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier, as they may be able to provide additional delivery information.

If your package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@theanchoredbloom.com. We will review the available tracking information and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
