Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order (including size, design, or shipping address) within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Final Sale
Because every item is made-to-order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or a change of mind. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it at no cost. To qualify for a replacement:

Provide your order number and photos of the damage/issue
We’ll confirm and process a replacement right away.
Shipping Issues

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.

If the package was delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we’ll resend your order at no additional cost.

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Timeline for Refunds
If a refund is approved (in the rare case we cannot replace your item), it will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
